Howdy! I'm Dr. Jules & I play the blues.

I also try to incorporate humor and satire into my music ... and that's not always easy these days. After 20+ years in academia, I look forward to breathing the air of creative freedom.

In a nutshell, I'm a one-man act on a one-man crusade to preserve the blues and spread the sound ... with skeptical and humorous lyrics. It's all powered by a couple of Macs, several Strats, several Telecasters, a J Bass, two bloodhounds, and copious amounts of the brewers art!
